Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Identity Salon! Thank you for trusting me as your stylist! I value and respect all of your time and energy, so I only ask that you do the same for me. 24 hours notice is what I require for any cancellations to your existing appointment. Any cancellations made within the 24 hours leading up to your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the services you had booked to the card you have on file. If you cancel more than 2 appointments on the day of, you will be required to put down a deposit for any future appointments. The deposit can be used towards your service if you do make it, however, if this service is cancelled within 24 hours the deposit will be non-refundable and you will no longer be able to book with me. A no call/ no show will result in a 100% charge for the services booked to the card you have on file. In the event of a no call/ no show I will require a deposit on any future bookings with me. By booking an appointment with me you are understanding and agreeing to the terms and conditions of this cancellation policy.
